Our philosophy

When the passion for cooking is handed down from generation to generation, and one has had the privilege to grow up among saucepans of tasty food, the juices from roasts and pots of succulent dishes it is almost impossible not to revere the product.
From this exceptional lookout point on the Ulia Mountain, the sea forms part of the daily stage, reminding us of its highly valued seafood and fish, always exquisite, as do the surrounding agricultural areas with their no less marvellous produce; vegetables, tomatoes, red peppers, apples, strawberries….
Sea and land offer the foundation on which one can work, since modern science and technology have led to processes that transform these products into authentic delicacies.
High quality products, treated with great love and care so that they do not lose their properties, aromas and flavours.
This is why each day we make the effort to learn more about our raw materials, their best time of year, the perfect way to prepare them and the wines that go best with the dishes, because we understand that excellence requires ongoing training.
At the Mirador de Ulía we make every effort so that our customers are comfortable and can savour the food in the spectacular surrounding provided by nature.
